I would recommend Tim Wilson at Expetec in Charleston, WV to everyone.  I am so glad that he came on board as our computer expert!  He is very knowledgeable.  Anytime we have been down or just having a problem he has come immediately out and fixed it.  Since he came on board, we have had to change out our server to get a larger one and he has spent countless hours here getting us up and running.  Recently we had a power outage and while I was on one line calling him, he was on another calling in to tell me that our computer was down!  Then our printers wouldn’t print to the network.  He came out thinking it was a security problem, however, it was a computer problem within the printer and he stayed anyway talking back and forth on the phone with the printer technician until he got us up and running even though it wasn’t a network problem.   Most people would have said, That’s a printer problem.  Call the printer technician!  He has saved us money in equipment purchases by searching around for the best bargains and his hasn’t charged us one penny over our monthly fee for all the extra work!  He is a great guy!  I thank God for sending him to us!
